* With this last option you cannot park camper vans near the event site. You must arrange your own accommodation and food.
IMPORTANT ABOUT ACCOMMODATION ASSIGNMENTS:
Rooms will be allocated according to the order of registration. Please note that rooms will be shared. Due to the hotel’s room distribution, rooms may include either double or single beds. Room assignments will be arranged by the organization in order to optimize occupancy, following the registration order. If you would like a single room and want to make sure to have one, you can contact us and a €100 additional fee will apply.
